I am trying to setup my NetGear DG834G router to enable me to Terminal Service / Remote Desktop in from the internet. I have setup the required port redirections (or so I think!) to the server on my LAN, but when looking at the log for the router, it says it has redirected to the LAN IP 1.0.0.0

Pros: price, also when you log into the modem you can set up port forwarding quite easy no ip's needed, has upnp, also it has a vpn setup wizzard, and can support dynamic dns, has been reliable going strong for 4-5 months now. Cons: 54 mbs wireless signal wish it could be more. does not have wireless n, lan is 100 mbs not 1000 mbs.

I just acquired an AOL branded NetGear DG834G v3 from fleabay and hooked it up to my Entanet ADSL service no problem. However, I went to configure port forwarding I found there does not seem to be an option to redirect port numbers - is this correct?
