Jun 10, 2007 · ipconfig/media disconnected - posted in Windows Vista and Windows 7: I have a wireless network with one desk top and three notebooks. All works fine except for my son's Gateway notebook. All of a sudden the wireless connection is fair and it won't connect to IE. When I do ipconfig I get the following message: Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection: Media State
