To Automatically backup photos from Android to Google Photos, open "Google Photos" app and tap "Menu" icon. Select "Settings" option and tap "Auto Backup". Move slider from left to right to turn ON "Auto Backup". Once you have backed up photos, you can delete them from Android phone to free up the space.
I backed up some photos in my android device to Google Photos. I want to un-backup them. I want them to stay only internally on my device. Thanks for A2A! It's upto you! Whether you delete or keep iPhone photos once they are uoloaded to Google Photos. After all the photos are uploaded to Google Photos, it gets backed up safely.
