Jul 08, 2019 · During Gmail’s earlier days, there was never an option for us to be able to access multiple accounts simultaneously. In order to access another account, what you had to do was to first log out of the current account you were on and then log into another account. There is also a set of special sub-folders for the "[Gmail]" folder: All Mail: contains all of the messages in your Gmail account, including sent and archived messages. Any messages that you see in the inbox will also appear in the [Gmail]/All Mail folder. Drafts: contains draft messages. Sent Mail: contains sent messages. Add your user information and your host server information, Account type: IMAP. Incoming mail server: imap.gmail.com. Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.gmail.com
