My Kindle Fire HD has been working for almost 2 years. Suddenly in the last week I cannot connect to the internet. The tablet connects to the router and displays and excellent signal and an IP address is visible. However, when attempting to use Silk Browser or go the Appstore it says. "No internet connection". Kindle Customer Service was no help.
